For Every Body's 10-year Anniversary
With a clear vision of success, and determination to teach her daughters the value of hard work, Becky Lunceford began a farmhouse kitchen production of all-natural bath and body products 10 years ago.
Named one of the best companies to work for by Business Quarterly this year, one of the top 100 fastest growing companies in Utah by the Mountain West Venture group, and rated number one in the candle industry by customers, For Every Body has surpassed all expectations.
In the beginning, Lunceford believed in her product and had an idea of what it could become, but did not realize its potential.
"We started out small," Lunceford said. "My daughters and I made lotions and candles in our kitchen and sold them in a small retail store."
Working together, the family made the store a success in the first year. Lunceford said her customers motivated her to research her products find ingredients that were all-natural, skin friendly and moisturizing to the skin.
After the instant success of her lotions and candles, Lunceford moved her production line from her kitchen, to her garage, to the family barn. She opened two new locations and started selling gels, splashes and body scrubs on a national level.
A new candle line was also developed. Each candle stood apart from other candles because of their signature decorative toppings, the use of premium essential oils, highly scented wax with seven percent oil evenly distributed throughout the candle, a unique blend of clean burning wax, the use of non-lead wicks, true-to-life fragrances and longer than average burn times.
It didn't take long before For Every Body products caught different buyers' attention and became a permanent staple in showrooms across the nation.
Currently, For Every Body owns and operates an in-house manufacturing plant and warehouse. It is also in thirteen nationwide show rooms and has more than 150 national sales representatives. For Every Body has over 300 employees and runs three retail stores.
To celebrate its 10-year anniversary, For Every Body opened a new show room located in a premier spot of the America Mart in Atlanta. In commemoration of this special year, promotions will be offered to loyal customers as a way of showing appreciation for their support the past 10 years.
